We dispatch Monday to Saturday from our Guildford fulfilment centre. Every order is trackable from dispatch to doorstep.
Every gift is hand-packed in our studio with tissue, protective inner packaging and a personalised message card. Flower orders are sent in water-retaining tubes to arrive fresh.
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number sent to your email. You and the recipient (if you choose) can follow the parcel in real time via our courier partner's portal.
At checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date up to 30 days in advance. We will do everything we can to honour your chosen date, subject to courier availability in the recipient's area.
Our courier will notify the recipient the morning of delivery with a one-hour window. Safe-place and neighbour-drop preferences can be set via the tracking link.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Love Hub Daily website at www.lovehubdaily.com and any orders you place with Love Hub Daily Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 All orders placed through our website are an offer by you to purchase goods or services subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
2.2 Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance and a binding contract are formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
2.3 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide at checkout — including delivery address, message card details and special instructions — is accurate. We cannot accept liability for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
2.5 Orders for personalised or custom items (such as engraved keepsake boxes or bespoke hampers) cannot be cancelled or amended once production has commenced, unless the item is faulty.
3.1 All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.
3.3 In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
3.4 Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed via a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
4.1 We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday from our Guildford fulfilment centre. Orders placed after the stated cut-off time for your chosen delivery option will be processed on the next available dispatch day.
4.2 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (including adverse weather, courier disruption and public holidays).
4.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified at checkout. Title in goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
4.4 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is not available and no safe-place instruction has been given, our courier will follow their standard re-delivery or card-drop procedure. We are not responsible for goods that cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate address or because no one is available to receive them.
4.5 Named-day and express delivery options are subject to courier service availability in the recipient's postcode. Certain remote postcodes (including some areas of the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland) may incur additional surcharges or longer delivery windows. This will be clearly indicated at checkout.
5.1 Perishable goods: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and food products, we are unable to accept returns of these items unless they arrive in a damaged, spoiled or materially different condition from that described. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at care@lovehubdaily.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5.2 Non-perishable, non-personalised goods: You have the right to cancel an order for non-perishable, non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the items are returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
5.3 Personalised items: Items that have been personalised, customised or engraved to your specification are exempt from the 14-day right of return under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
5.4 Experience vouchers: Digital and physical experience vouchers are non-refundable once issued unless we are in breach of contract. Validity periods and redemption terms are set by our experience partners and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
5.5 Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs in respect of goods not returned in a resaleable condition.
5.6 To initiate a return or report a problem with your order, please contact care@lovehubdaily.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
6.1 You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not use this website to transmit unsolicited communications, introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.
